Jayco comes out on top at Canstar Blue  

Leading RV manufacturer Jayco has come out on top in Canstar Blue’s first-ever customer satisfaction award, achieving multiple five-star reviews in most categories in Canstar Blue’s 2019 review of caravans and motorhomes.

These categories include value for money, interior, features and amenities, after-sales service, ease of towing/driving, cost of running, and overall satisfaction. Jayco’s outstanding results scored them the Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction Award for caravans and RVs in Australia.

Canstar said, “Jayco has dominated our review of Australian caravan and RVs by achieving five stars in six of the seven criteria we assessed. That’s a fantastic result and a strong indicator that Jayco is on track with its customers”.

In order to measure customer satisfaction, Canstar Blue surveyed 9000 Australian adults. The outcomes are the results from customers within the survey group who own a caravan or motorhome and have used it in the last five years – in this case, 607 people.

On receiving the award, Jayco Australia CEO Garry Moore said, “For over 40 years, Jayco’s vision has remained the same. That’s to produce the best caravans tailored for Australian conditions and accepting Canstar Blue’s award is a testament to the work our employees have been putting in since 1975”.
